Assessment verdict: safe
Summary: DeepTutor v1.6.13 is a drop-in release with no packaging-affecting changes. The Dockerfile already references v1.6.13 on this branch, so no source/version bump is required. requirements/*.txt, pyproject.toml, web/package.json, package-lock.json, web/next.config.js and web/scripts/build.mjs are byte-identical to v1.6.12; no new Python/Node dependencies, no new system packages, no base-image change, and no env-var additions/removals relevant to the package. start.sh, start-backend.sh, start-frontend.sh, supervisor configs and the healthz.txt routing contract all remain valid. The v1.6.13 attachment location change (workspace-visible chat/attachments) migrates legacy uploads automatically and stays entirely under /app/data, so no start.sh/Dockerfile change is needed. Only optional README/POSTINSTALL documentation updates are warranted.
