Assessment verdict: safe
Summary: v1.6.13 is an additive, drop-in release over the packaged v1.6.12. The Python requirements/*.txt, web/package.json and package-lock.json, next.config.js, Next.js standalone build path, supervisor configs, base image and runtime env contract are all unchanged, so no dependency/system-package changes are needed. New features (image-description model, speech request timeout, MiniMax/Xiaomi MiMo voice adapters, new LLM providers, Polish, workspace-scoped chat attachments, question-bank practice, reading/watching marks) are settings-JSON driven and add no new env vars or migration step. The only required packaging change is bumping the version reference the package fetches, plus the manifest's upstreamVersion. Chat attachments move from data/user/workspace/chat/attachments to the selected content workspace's chat/attachments, but upstream materializes earlier uploads automatically and keeps legacy URLs readable; the new managed root is auto-created at runtime under the already-writable /app/data.
